By booking an appointment or receiving services at Pure Elegance Studios, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Appointments & Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure booking.

Deposits are applied toward the service total at checkout.

Failure to attend, late cancellations, or rescheduling outside the required notice period will result in a forfeited deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a forfeited deposit.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
Late Arrival Policy

A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.

Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened service, service modification, or rescheduling to respect scheduled clients.

Missed time does not qualify for refunds or discounts.
Service Results & Expectations

Results vary by individual based on factors such as skin condition, nail health, hair texture, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.

Exact results, longevity, and retention are not guaranteed.

Dissatisfaction based on results does not qualify for a refund.
Health, Safety, & Contraindications

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, skin sensitivities, and contraindications prior to receiving services.

Services may be modified or declined if safety requirements or prep guidelines are not met at the time of the appointment.

If a service is declined due to contraindications or improper preparation, deposits and service fees remain non-refundable.
Service Adjustments

In select cases, and at management’s discretion, service adjustments or corrections may be offered if an issue is determined to be the result of technician application.

Adjustments are evaluated case by case and are not guaranteed.

No adjustments will be made for issues related to aftercare non-compliance, lifestyle impact, or undisclosed contraindications.
Refund Policy

All services, deposits, packages, and gift cards are final and non-refundable.

Pure Elegance Studios does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
Client Conduct

Pure Elegance Studios maintains a respectful, professional environment.

Any inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of services and refusal of future appointments without refund.
Independent Professionals

Services may be provided by independent professionals operating within Pure Elegance Studios.

Pricing, techniques, and systems may vary by service provider while maintaining studio standards.
Policy Agreement

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with all service-specific policies provided by Pure Elegance Studios.
