Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Pure Elegance Studios, all services, deposits, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable. Due to the nature of personal care services and the time, products, and preparation involved, we do not offer refunds for any reason.​​​​​​

Deposits & Appointments

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward the service total.

  • Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling outside of the required notice period.

  • A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arriving late may result in a shortened service, service modification, or rescheduling. Missed time does not qualify for a refund.

Service Results

  • Results and longevity vary by client due to individual factors such as skin condition, nail health, hair texture, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

  • Because results are not guaranteed and vary from person to person, dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

Service Adjustments & Corrections

  • In select cases, and at management’s discretion, a service adjustment or correction may be offered if an issue is determined to be the result of the service provider’s application or technique.

  • Adjustments are evaluated case by case and must be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Adjustments are not guaranteed and do not apply to client-related factors, including but not limited to:

  • failure to follow prep or aftercare guidelines

  • lifestyle impact or external damage

  • normal wear and tear

  • contraindications not disclosed prior to service

Contraindications & Declined Services

  • Services may be modified or declined if prep guidelines, contraindications, or safety requirements are not met at the time of the appointment.

  • If a service is declined due to contraindications, improper preparation, or safety concerns, no refund will be issued.

Policy Agreement

By booking an appointment with Pure Elegance Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this No Refund Policy and all associated service policies.
