Service Description
Our Underarm Brightening Cold Peel is a targeted treatment designed to improve underarm discoloration and support a smoother, more even-looking tone. This service uses the KRX Melapro Plus Cold Peel, an oil-based brightening peel created to address pigmentation concerns with minimal irritation—making it an ideal option for this delicate area. Treatment includes a gentle double cleanse, ultrasonic cleanse, and professional skin preparation, followed by cold peel application. The service is completed with calming, hydrating finishing products to support the skin barrier and enhance results. Best for: underarm discoloration, uneven tone, dullness, and texture from shaving or irritation. Aftercare Notice: This treatment requires strict aftercare. Avoid exfoliants/retinoids and heat exposure during the recovery period. Hair Removal Notice: For safety, do not wax within 5–7 days of this treatment. Avoid shaving 24–48 hours prior. Contraindications: not recommended for clients with active irritation, open skin, sunburn, or those currently using prescription acne medications/topicals. Services may be modified or declined if prep/aftercare guidelines are not met.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best results and a safe experience, please review the following policies before booking your facial service. Booking & Deposits A deposit is required to secure all facial appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations: must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If canceled within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling: must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to transfer the same deposit to a new appointment date/time. Reschedules made within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited (non-refundable). Late Arrival Policy A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened service, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled to respect scheduled clients. Client Preparation Requirements For safety and to avoid irritation, facial services cannot be performed if the following guidelines are not met: Clients cannot be currently using prescribed acne medications or topical prescriptions. Please discontinue OTC retinols, exfoliants, or at-home peels at least 5 days prior to your facial appointment. Service Adjustment Policy To protect your skin and ensure optimal results: Services may be modified, postponed, or declined if preparation guidelines are not followed. If services are declined due to contraindications, the deposit can be transferred to other services.
