Service Description
The Korean Lash Lift lifts and curls your natural lashes from the root for a longer, eye-opening look for that "clean girl" look. We use a cysteamine-based lifting system (not thioglycolate) for a gentler process that supports lash health while delivering clean, defined results that last for 6-8 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposits - A deposit is required to secure all lash lift appointments. - Your deposit will be applied toward your service total at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable. - Cancellations & Rescheduling - Cancellations: must be made at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit. Rescheduling - Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to transfer the same deposit to a new appointment. - Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit (non-refundable). Late Arrival Policy - A 15-minute grace period is provided. - Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or the appointment may need to be rescheduled to respect scheduled clients. Results & Retention - Lash lift results vary depending on natural lash length, thickness, growth cycle, and aftercare. - Proper aftercare is required to maintain results: - Keep lashes dry for 24 hours - Avoid steam, saunas, and heavy eye makeup during that time - Avoid oil-based products around the eyes - Because lash growth cycles differ for each client, retention and longevity vary, and exact results cannot be guaranteed. Service Adjustment Policy For safety and best results: - Clients must arrive with clean lashes (no mascara, lash glue, or eye makeup). - Services may be modified or declined if the lashes are not suitable for lifting at the time of appointment.
