Service Description
Our Hard Gel Fill (Bio Gel) is a maintenance service designed to refresh your existing hard gel overlay as your natural nails grow out. This service includes professional nail assessment, shaping, cuticle detailing, and structured hard gel refilling to maintain strength, balance, and a seamless finish. This service is complete with the gel or lacquer color of your choice. This service is recommended for clients who currently have a hard gel overlay and want to maintain long-lasting wear while supporting healthy nail growth. Best for: overlay maintenance, growth refills, strength upkeep, and long-lasting structured nails.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposits: - A deposit is required to secure all nail appointments. - Your deposit will be applied toward your service total at checkout. - All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - Cancellations: must be made at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit. - Rescheduling: must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to transfer the same deposit to a new appointment date/time. - Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited (non-refundable). Late Arrival Policy: - A 15-minute grace period is provided. - Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened service, service adjustments, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled to respect scheduled clients. Nail Health & Service Standards: - Your nail health and safety is our priority. - Please arrive with clean hands and nails (free of lotions/oils when possible) to ensure proper product adhesion and long-lasting results. - If nails show signs of infection, open cuts, irritation, or any condition that may compromise safety, services may be modified or declined. Foreign Fills & Soak-Off Policy: - We offer foreign fills and soak-offs (services on enhancements or gel applied by another salon/technician). - For the health of your natural nails and to ensure proper product adhesion, a soak-off may be required before proceeding with your scheduled service. - If removal is required and a client chooses not to complete the recommended soak-off, the service may be modified or declined. - Please note: foreign product quality varies, and we cannot guarantee results or retention without proper removal and preparation. Service Modification Policy: - To maintain quality and protect nail health: - Services may be modified, postponed, or declined if nail conditions or time constraints prevent safe completion. - If services are declined due to contraindications or guidelines not being met, the deposit remains non-refundable.
