Service Description
Our Express Facial is the perfect skin refresh for clients who want visible results in less time. This treatment includes a double cleanse, ultrasonic cleanse for gentle exfoliation and deep pore purification, and light extractions (up to 5 minutes) to help clear congestion. Your facial is completed with a custom skincare system selected for your skin type and concerns, followed by a relaxing facial massage to support circulation and glow. You’ll leave feeling clean, hydrated, and refreshed—with skin that looks healthy and radiant. Best for: busy clients, monthly maintenance, dullness, dehydration, mild congestion, and pre-event glow.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best results and a safe experience, please review the following policies before booking your facial service. Booking & Deposits A deposit is required to secure all facial appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations: must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If canceled within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling: must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to transfer the same deposit to a new appointment date/time. Reschedules made within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited (non-refundable). Late Arrival Policy A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened service, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled to respect scheduled clients. Client Preparation Requirements For safety and to avoid irritation, facial services cannot be performed if the following guidelines are not met: Clients cannot be currently using prescribed acne medications or topical prescriptions. Please discontinue OTC retinols, exfoliants, or at-home peels at least 5 days prior to your facial appointment. Service Adjustment Policy To protect your skin and ensure optimal results: Services may be modified, postponed, or declined if preparation guidelines are not followed. If services are declined due to contraindications, the deposit can be transferred to other services.
