Service Description
This Hydration-Focused Classic Facial is designed to restore moisture, strengthen the skin barrier, and leave the skin visibly plump and radiant. This service includes a double cleanse and ultrasonic cleanse to purify and refine texture without stripping the skin, followed by light extractions as needed. Advanced modalities such as Ultrasound Therapy (ULT) and LED therapy may be added to enhance product absorption and calm dryness or sensitivity. Your facial is completed with a deeply nourishing custom mask, a custom skincare system, and a relaxing facial massage to support glow and hydration. Best for: dehydration, dullness, tightness, flaking, and barrier support.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best results and a safe experience, please review the following policies before booking your facial service. Booking & Deposits A deposit is required to secure all facial appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations: must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If canceled within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling: must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to transfer the same deposit to a new appointment date/time. Reschedules made within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited (non-refundable). Late Arrival Policy A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened service, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled to respect scheduled clients. Client Preparation Requirements For safety and to avoid irritation, facial services cannot be performed if the following guidelines are not met: Clients cannot be currently using prescribed acne medications or topical prescriptions. Please discontinue OTC retinols, exfoliants, or at-home peels at least 5 days prior to your facial appointment. Service Adjustment Policy To protect your skin and ensure optimal results: Services may be modified, postponed, or declined if preparation guidelines are not followed. If services are declined due to contraindications, the deposit can be transferred to other services.
