Service Description
The BioRe Peel is an advanced professional peel designed to improve skin texture, clarity, tone, and overall radiance with minimal downtime. This treatment supports gentle resurfacing while helping to refine pores, smooth uneven skin texture, and brighten dull skin, making it a great option for clients who want visible glow without extended recovery time. Treatment includes a double cleanse and ultrasonic cleanse, followed by extractions as needed and fill skin preparations for peel application. This service is designed to leave the skin feeling refreshed, refined, and visibly brighter. After the peel, your facial is completed with a custom mask, custom skincare system tailored to your skin type and concerns, and a relaxing facial massage to support circulation and radiance. Best for: dullness, uneven tone, texture, congestion, enlarged pores, and pre-event glow. Downtime: NONE! Aftercare Notice: This treatment requires strict aftercare. Avoid exfoliants/retinoids and heat exposure for best results. Contraindications: not recommended for active irritation/sunburn, open lesions, or clients currently using prescription acne medications. Services may be modified or declined if prep/aftercare guidelines are not met.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best results and a safe experience, please review the following policies before booking your facial service. Booking & Deposits A deposit is required to secure all facial appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations: must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If canceled within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling: must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to transfer the same deposit to a new appointment date/time. Reschedules made within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited (non-refundable). Late Arrival Policy A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened service, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled to respect scheduled clients. Client Preparation Requirements For safety and to avoid irritation, facial services cannot be performed if the following guidelines are not met: Clients cannot be currently using prescribed acne medications or topical prescriptions. Please discontinue OTC retinols, exfoliants, or at-home peels at least 5 days prior to your facial appointment. Service Adjustment Policy To protect your skin and ensure optimal results: Services may be modified, postponed, or declined if preparation guidelines are not followed. If services are declined due to contraindications, the deposit can be transferred to other services.
